Corvette torunament round 2

Frosty is doing a corvette tournament..
Rules are as following:

• YOUR SHIP MUST BE A CORVETTE aka. Newb ship
• ALL modules, ammo, drones, ships, everything must be T1 (meta is fine). No T2, no storyline, no faction, no deadspace.
• No ECM (including drones and target spectrum breaker)
• If you warp off, you lose (no scram/disrupter required in fits, but they are optional)
• One participant or judge counts down from 3 to begin match. Do not deploy drones, shoot, move your ship, or lock your opponent before match begins.
• No implants or boosters of any kind. Judge may pod participants after a match if they suspect cheating. Don't be a prick.
• To prevent this from becoming a spy fest, you may NOT change your ship after the first round starts. You may change ammo, drones, or booster sizes if needed, but all modules must remain the same. This also means that each particpant only has to prepare one ship.
• Each duel will start at a random warp-in range: 0, 10, or 20km. Participants can agree on a method to determine this. (random number site or judge may be used)
• Any corp mate can act as a judge if either participant requests it. Judges aren't required.
• Spectators are legal and encouraged. Do not target either ship or drones during the duel unless both duelers consent.
• SCHEDULING: from the start of each round, participants will have 3 days to complete their duel at a time convenient for both participants. Winner reports the outcome to Fishy. Contact Fishy if you're having scheduling issues. Round 1 will begin Sunday, 4/29 at 04:29 Eve Time.
• If rules are ambiguous, Fishy will make a judgement call - all Fishy decisions are final. If Fishy is part of the conflict, a senior corp member will rule.
