Hello! Thank you for your useful recommendation, nice to meet you & hope to learn much from you. The wall is just an annual event from Tiger beer, therefore it's not permanent. Tiger will bring it around Vietnam (in 5 biggest cities). So next time, you can come to Vietnam to enjoy it together :D.
