!
So the fashion show was lit. Had access to some amazing personalities backstage and a lot was said. Some of the students that graced the runway were doing so for the first time. So we had a lot of confident models because they did exceptionally. And I must appreciate the EVOL brand for creating such a platform that allows student tryout their talents while on campus.
One part of the event that was exciting for me was the musical aspect. The bulk of musicians that sang were students also. I have always been of the opinion that students should take advantage of the University setting to acquaint themselves with whatever they will be doing in the long run. And it was quite great to see youngsters come out of their shells and do extraordinary things. This is the core value of @specmag (check on instagram). We believe that any student who is creative and shares such creativity should be given a platform to do so. And that's what we represent at SPEC MAGAZINE
More photos are coming soon and also watch out for the magazine issue coming next.

Another intriguing part of the event was the part were popularly known artist *Ric Hassani (@Richassani look him up on instagram) stormed the stage. It was obvious that he was the climax of the audience expectations for the night. Because the hall was clogged up with shouts of RIC HASSANI and we could barely hear him when he sang.
Obviously I had not had any knowledge or experience of him until this event. He did impress me but I could sense that some members of the audience were not excited that he just went about dancing with the girls and left the guys... "We did pay for tickets too yeah?"
Anyways he met our expectations with his voice and package and that's great a thing to commend.
So this picture above is of me and a friend that I invited for the event. The reason I am including this is so you know that I made her day by inviting her. She is going to do a report on the event for publication on our next issue for the magazine. So she says, in her words "Andre you are so my favourite person right now... " and it was fun and exciting to know that @taytorianthon considers me such.
You can check her out. She is here on steemit.
So here above is Angela Okorie, a popular Nigerian Actress. She is natural with her act and a fun loving person. I could tell from the way she spoke to us that night.
She was awarded for her contribution to personal development and all...
She is someone I admire from a distance.
I am sure you enjoyed reading this.
Do show some love in anyway possible.
Love,
