How many boys to kiss? - Every Day (2018) short review
How many boys... and girls – I could add....
The girl falls in love with a boy who wakes up in a different body every day. That's the movie in one sentense.
Pretty catchy. Isn't it? Even genius.
But in spite of my big sympathy with Angourie Rice (after These Final Hours or The Nice Guys), I felt like I was just watching another low-budget Netflix movie with materialized history potential... :-(
Obviously not offending the wonderful series of The End of This F***ing World.
That was super amazing!
So... A really nice idea for the story didn't really bring the results expected by the viewers. And by me!!
So one more time - with the exception of the charming „lady A.” hitting on more and more repulsive types and „female types” we won't find here anything else that would delight us.
But we want to be delighted. And I really expected to delighted be.
An interesting idea for the film was written and realised at the path of least resistance.
