What are your 10 tips that make everyday life easier?

  1. The Power-Nap, a nap of 17 minutes after eating. It's to cut your day in half (your body perceives it that way) and boost your energy level.
  2. The whiteboard, on it I write my annual objective, the monthly, weekly and daily objectives. Also quotes that inspire me and creative questions that help me to go in the right direction.
  3. The morning routine. A series of actions that I do when I wake up to blow everything up. Your morning determines your day, your days determine your years, your years determine your life.
  4. The digital diet. I work on the Internet, and I quickly get lost on the web. I downloaded an app that gives me a social media quota, then I'm blocked once I pass the daily time.

The questions. We don't realize it, but asking questions is an absolutely incredible tool to change your life. All you have to do is ask yourself intelligent and creative questions.

  1. The selection criterion P. This criterion is the Pleasure criterion. Every time I do something, before I get into it, I wonder if I'm going to enjoy it. If not, I delete or delegate.
  2. Nature and escape. I am a biker, and the motorcycle is an excellent tool for freedom. When I want to inspire myself, bring myself back to basics, and have a good time with myself, I go riding in the mountains to recharge my batteries.
  3. Fears. A lot of people avoid them (the flight from pain, the pursuit of pleasure, that kind of stuff…), personally I seek them. Because they make me grow and make me happy. By following my fears, I became an author (2 books in 6 months), lecturer (on yachts with places at 2000€), trainer (for dozens and dozens of clients) and I left the classic salary path . I live from my passion and I work less than 3 hours a day.
  4. The absence of perfectionism and listening to oneself. You asked me for 10 points, but I only want to give 9 and I will listen to myself. Listening to yourself is one of the greatest services you can give yourself.
