Someone took a big dump on my stairs.
As I am the building manager I get to clean everything up.
This might sound funny to you but it's not funny to me.
People we have toilets now.
This was the most disgusting thing I ever had to do in this building.
You know he was on my video camera while doing it.
If you think Canadian people are so nice.
You were wrong. they are outright disgusting.
The very next day
I confronted the man who pooped on my stairs.
Showed him the video.
I said to him you could have done that outside.
He remained speechless, all hungover
From a big night of drinking the night before.
He didn't even say I'm sorry.
I only had one word to say to this man who pooped on my stairs.
come on people you know the word.
I thought it might be animal poop. I get all kinds of animals pooping on my deck. You're a nice person, Lothar. An eviction is a very polite way of addressing the issue. I would have told him to clean it up and then evicted him. I would think about publishing the video evidence and maybe make posters for the neighbors. I probably wouldn't do it, because it takes time and effort.
So how did the guy take the eviction notice? I expect he'd say 'not fair' or something astonishingly indicative of someone who doesn't take responsibility for his, and think about the consequences of, his own actions.
If you're not using it already, get yourself jugs of Spray Nine. It KILLS viruses, as well as all the other nasty bugs. It works by dissolving the chitin shell of viruses AND my favorite, ascaris worm eggs from cats, dogs, raccoons, horses...PEOPLE.
Ascaris - a very dangerous downside of keeping pets...and people who poop on stairs

Gosh, did he try to sue before or after you let him know there was video of him doing it? Was he as shocked to see himself in the act in the video as he was to see the eviction notice?
I'd think there are two counts: the endangerment of the safety and health of other tenants and you, and then also the interference with the rights of other tenants to enjoy the quality, cleanliness, etc...the sight and smell alone are sufficient cause for eviction, I think. You know better, of course.
