Actually, Ms. Excel plays an important role in our daily work. Today I am gonna show you 35 Ms. Excel shortcuts which can help you to become an advance user as well as improve your daily work faster.

  1. F2 : Edit Selected Cell
  2. F11 : New Chart
  3. F12 : Save As
  4. ALT : Access the Ribbon for Formulas
  5. ALT + = : Automatically SUM() Selected
  6. ALT + Enter : Start a New Line in the Same Cell
  7. ALT + o-c-a : Auto Size Columns
  8. CTRL + ` : Display Formulas
  9. CTRL + Shift + # : Change Date Format with Day, Month and Year
  10. CTRL + K : To Insert Hyperlink
  11. CTRL + Shift + & : Applies Border to Cells
  12. CTRL + B : Bold
  13. CTRL + I : Italics
  14. CTRL + U : Underline
  15. CTRL+ Shift + $ : Applies the Currency Format to the Selected Cells
  16. CTRL + Shift + ~ : General Style Number
  17. CTRL + Shift + % : Percentage Style Number
  18. CTRL + Shift + ^ : Scientific Notation Style
  19. CTRL + Shift + # : Date Style
  20. CTRL + Shift + @ : Time Style
  21. CTRL + Shift +! : Number Style
  22. CTRL + F12 : Open
  23. CTRL + [ : Select all Cells Directly Referenced by Formulas in the Selection
  24. CTRL + ; : Insert Actual Date
  25. CTRL + Shift + : : Insert Actual Time
  26. CTRL + A : Select All
  27. CTRL + D : Copy Equation Down
  28. CTRL + F : Find
  29. CTRL + H : Find & Replace
  30. CTRL + Right arrow : Move Right
  31. CTRL + Left arrow : Move Left
  32. CTRL + Up arrow : Move Up
  33. CTRL + Down arrow : Move Down
  34. CTRL + Spacebar : Select the Entire Column
  35. Shift + Spacebar : Select the Entire Row
