How to place a withdrawal request on ZB exchange

1. Again, you are taken to a fresh page to enter your receiving wallet address. The asset you select will appear. Under it, there is a dialogue box requesting you to add your wallet address. Click on it as shown below.

1. Another dialogue box will pop up. Enter the receiving wallet address, your Nickname, transaction password, click on "send verification code" and enter the six digits code sent to your phone number and enter Google verification code and submit

NOTE: You must have created your Transaction code the day you register your account. Again download and install Google authenticator for easy access. The arrow in the picture is directing you to the submit icon. Do this once for each assets you have. The next is the withdrawal

NOW, WITHDRAW YOUR ASSETS

All you need to do is go back to the dialogue box at your left hand side, select withdrawals. You are taken the withdrawal page.

The blue arrow in the picture is indicating the receiving wallet address you entered. Now, enter your transaction code. Next is the SMS authenticator code, click send and you will receive a text comprising the code, enter the code. Then, launch your Google authenticator App you will see a six digit code enter it on the space provided. Finally click on withdrawals and that's all.
