The bottom line is that now the exchange participants can not be residents of countries against which the US imposed sanctions.
In this regard, the team decided to close the account and withdraw the crypt in full. But it did not work. At the request to the support service came the answer "To confirm the withdrawal of funds, the user must go through a special link in the letter" - but the link was not working and more support Poloniex does not respond to the letters.
