Exchanges Tightening Up Thier Game = No New Accounts

I recently decided to spread out a bit further with my trading game and decided top open up some new trading platform accounts!!

My goal was to get familiar with EtherDelta, as it has always seemed a little scary to me. And I also wanted to get an account on C-CEX. I felt these two exchanges could help me UP my own game because of the plentiful assortment of new coins they list. I was excited, ready to trade/buy, and had myself all geared up to GO!

So I went. I did set up EtherDelta, way too easy to start, but I am not fully comfortable hooking my current wallet to it, so I am looking for a way to create a special wallet just for this exchange. I think that will make me feel better, even if it is a unnecessary step. I am still kind of new to crypto, and though I have not had a "lost keys" or hacker incident, I am trying my best to avoid that by seeking security first. If anyone has great advice on how to get the most out of this exchange, I AM ALL EARS!!! I will be digging up more info, watching some videos, and such before I fund this platform.

So...next! C-CEX. I was setting up my data and BAM- a message flashes at the top- NO NEW ACCOUNTS.
What???

I had heard that some of the exchanges were not offering new accounts at this time, but I had not had issues myself so I didn't thing much of it at the time. Now I am pouting, for real. I am on a few exchanges, or maybe even a dozen, but this one says no. Not right now. Unless maybe there is a referral link? If so, I have a few too for other exchanges!!! Let's trade! I'll swap you one Binance referral link for one for C-CEX!

Just a thought... they may not even have a referral link, but it is worth it to ask. Right?
