If you haven't time for gym.Do a basic exercises to get your system in the calorie-burning Mode.
Push-UPS
It is the most useful exercise for body.It fix your body and bring a shape.it also shed the extra fat from your body.To do this exercise first of all lay face down on the floor with your feet together and hands, palms down on the floor shoulder with apart,next to your shoulder with elbow pointing backward.
after each push-up take a break of one to two second and again start it .
Jumping Jacks:
Stand firmly on your feet and your shoulder should be apart and also your arms on side of the body.in taking jump raise your arms above your head and extend your feet out of the sides.
Breathing:
breathing is a very simple and useful exercise and it tones your abdomen.just sit or stand straight with perfect posture and take deep breath.You can put hand on your abdominal to feel the movement.
