1시간도 되지않는 짧은 시간이지만 생각보다 하드한 동작들이 있어 힘이 드네요..

둘째날에는 근육통에 시달리기 까지...!
하지만 건강을 위해 이를 악물고 운동하고있습니다~
확실히 운동뒤에 혈색이 좋아지고 몸이 가벼워지는걸 느껴요!
여러분도 건강을 위해 일주일에 한 두번 정도 운동해봅시당~!😂
