Nope, I don't think so! Not for general maintenance anyway. It really depends on your goals. Just gonna also add that diet counts for a big chunk as well. We don't like to admit it but even with exercise we usually tend to be eating more or more unhealthily than we should.

Thanks. My goals are to lose weight and gain strength and mobility. I’m my house, tackling diet also means reaching agreements with my wife, so that isn’t quite as easy to start as exercising is;) I may have to tackle that though soon.
