Face Yoga as we're getting older

With a reflection of a passing year I've decided to make sure I'm not getting older that quickly. As I'm a fan of natural approaches, I excluded botox from my list. I've decided to try facial yoga which seamed easy and fun. So now, every day I make lion face, fish face or something that sounds funny. I did my research and chose only the poses that sound funny and they are not too difficult. It's been fun and I have to say that I can see a little difference in my skin elasticity. emotions.jpg Photo credit pixabay
