Adequate time for training

There are certain factors such as intensity and volume of training that have a significant influence on how much time you spend exercising. It is not the same to train 3 days a week, doing 20-minute walks on a treadmill than to spend the same amount of time training but working with weight and intensity.

In cases where lifestyle or genetics itself do not promote proper recovery, it is best not to overdo strength training for 2 to 3 days. It is recommended that people who have more discipline, desire and lifestyle are able to do training sessions of more than 3 days without it affecting their daily life.

Full body training can really be very effective once or twice a week. For the average person, strength training once or twice a week is enough to break the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle. It is sufficient to stimulate muscle growth, increase cardiovascular endurance and help improve endurance.

However, even though you can potentially gain strength by doing just one intense workout, it is easier to do two workouts a week because by spreading the intensity of the effort over two days, it has less impact on your body.
