I set the tension at the highest setting ((on my stationary bike)) and peddled 1 1/2 hours today. If I want to get back into shape, I need to pedal for 3 or more hours. It's hard, but being healthy is worth it.

Or you could just do an hour every day, build up to it. I need to get in shape too. But also I needed to say, it’s definitely ok to eat mayo YUM!! Thank you. I put it on everything.

I put mayo on everything too. My favorite condiment!!

Mayo is so good! Ugh now I'm hungry LOL. I also love it mixed with a good sriracha sauce. Sriracha mayo! Love the spicy, love the mayo. I'm into vegan mayo now too (instead), because it's cruelty-free (no abused crowded egg-laying hens). Even vegan mayo is delish - has vegetable and pea protein base, but just as savor and comparable taste.

That's so cool you eat Vegan Mayo. Me too!!

I mix Mayonnaise with:
Lemon, dill, cayenne & grainy mustard
Ketchup & dill relish
Ketchup
Ketchup & cayenne

The combinations are infinite!!
