I am getting ready to head out to the "Wolfe Adult Recreation Center, where I have signed up and paid for access to the pool.
I was amazed at the restrictions.

I can understand the rationale, but still. I've never worn a shirt while swimming, not by design, but in my current fat condition, I would never go out in public shirtless; my MOOBS are too prominent. 😈

Since I am in no way interested in any classes, I am restricted to using it during "LAP SWIM" times.
This is good I suppose, as I am horribly out of shape.
I grew up ¼ mile from the Canoochee River, so if it were not nearly freezing or storming with lightning, I was in the water. All my life.
I am looking forward to this.
I need to be there before 10 to be sure I know the 'ropes' etc.
Nor news later as I get it, and possibly some photos from inside.

Oh dear LORD!! that was a revelation!
1st, there was way too much Chlorine or else my eyes have just gotten intolerant of it.
Then, I couldn't even get half way before I was gasping for breath.
I took it slow, and finally relented after 25 min.
I knew I was out of shape, but I didn't realize just how BADLY out of shape I was.
The entire pool, end to end is only 3 ft 10 in deep.
Funny thing, when I was about to walk out the door just after taking this shot, I looked through the window at my car.
I thought "Wow! It sure is raining hard" as I could see water splashing all around my car.
It wasn't raining at all, it was the reflection of the pool in the window
