Quiero mostrar este ejercicio, con bandas de suspensión TRX, donde utilizas tu peso corporal durante el entrenamiento. Se trata de lounge con brazos extendidos, ideal para piernas. En este caso se realiza de espalda al punto de anclaje y los brazos agarran las manillas de trx. Debes flexionar las rodillas hasta 90 grados y luego extender completamente, para garantizar el recorrido articular completo y ejercitar los músculos de manera más eficiente. Puedes realizar 4 series de 20 repeticiones o de acuerdo a tus capacidades e ir incrementando progresivamente el número de repeticiones.
