Dr. Benjamin Levine of the Institute of Exercise and Environmental Medicine, in Dallas, USA, who led the study said, "We now realize that due to the proper exercise, the problem of heart and blood vessels can be changed."
But he said, waiting for 70 years is too late. 'It is not possible to change heart conditions at that age.'
