Train with a Purpose - Stop your workout routine

I have been using a version of Wendler's 5/3/1 progression since the start of the year. It has added over 100 pounds total to my four main lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press).

Highly recommend if you're looking to add strength. If you're focused on aesthetics, there are better programs available.

5/3/1 is great for beginners to intermediate levels but there are much more taxing and rewarding programs out there once you're ready to switch it up.

I write some of our athletes programs and some just use the programs online such as the cube or candito.
