Constipation becomes more common as you age, and it can be caused by stress, poor diet or sedentary lifestyle. Many of us spend most of the day working sitting, which can adversely affect the movement of our intestines as well.

According to experts, exercise helps to stimulate the natural contraction of intestinal muscles. When intestinal muscles contract efficiently, they help move stools out quickly.

The following exercise is perfect for those who have little time. It's extremely easy and it takes no more than 10 minutes to perform. For my part, I found it very helpful and the results were almost immediate. It's just great.
