I hear a lot of people tell me that they have no time to exercise because they are too busy. Everyone is given the same amount of time in a day. You don't need a lot of time to fit in a workout. On those busy days, even if you only did 15 minutes, it's still better than no exercise at all. Of course, if you are able to prioritize an hour for your health, great! But, if you can't than some exercise is always better than no exercise.
