You find the closest available treadmill and warm up for this sick workout you're about to do. 30 minutes later... you're ready to kill it, except you don't know what you're doing. Instagram models make exercising look so easy. A few curls here, some kickbacks there, air squats, and just like that you're done and ready for your post workout shake. I have been using a version of Wendler's 5/3/1 progression since the start of the year. It has added over 100 pounds total to my four main lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press).
Highly recommend if you're looking to add strength. If you're focused on aesthetics, there are better programs available.

5/3/1 is great for beginners to intermediate levels but there are much more taxing and rewarding programs out there once you're ready to switch it up.
