Could it be a better time to start thinking about entering the form than the beginning of the new year? We have all promised ourselves; It 's time to stand behind us. Here are 5 simple exercises that will help you get rid of your excess weight easily:

Plank (exercise for abdominal muscles)

Support yourself by using your hands and knees, then stretch your legs until you support your weight with your toes and elbows.
Stretch your abdominal muscles and lift your legs a few inches one at a time.
Repeat for a minute. Do not bend your back straight.

30-60-90 (for abdominal muscles and legs)

Lay your hands on your back, under your head, with your legs together.
Lift your legs at an angle of 30 degrees without bending. Stretch your abdominal muscles; but do not twist in the waist region. In the position, take three deep breaths.
Open up to 60 degrees. Bold in this way, take three more deep breaths and raise the angle to 90 degrees. Keep your position.
Repeat the procedure in reverse. Remember to straighten your waist.

Cobra position (for hip and back)

Lay on your belly with your feet together, twist your arms on the elbows and lift yourself upright on your hands at a flat angle.
Breathe, twist your waist carefully and lift your torso up holding your head up slightly. Stay in position for thirty seconds, lower your body by giving your breath.

Grasshopper (for hip)

Lay on your belly as your chin will be on the ground. Place your arms on the side and tighten your fists. Stretch your legs and feet as much as possible.
Breathe, slowly lift your legs one by one. Lower your legs while giving your breath.

Candle posture (for abdominal muscles)

Lay your back on your back as if your legs were broken from the knee and pressed against your chest.
Gently lift your legs up, supporting your waist with your arms. Stay in position for 30-60 seconds.
