Also today I went out for running after work.
今日も仕事の後、ランニングをしました。
As I didn't get any pain in my left knee during the 13.5 km running of yesterday, I decided to run 17 km today. Last Thursday I was not able to finish 17 km running because of my knee pain.
昨日の13.5km走で左膝の痛みはでなかったので、今日は17km走ってみることにしました。先週の木曜日は、膝の痛みが出て17kmを走り切ることができませんでした。
I just hoped to finish today's workout without any pain in my left knee. I ran very carefully from start to finish. As the result, I finished 17 km without any pain.
左膝に痛みが出ることなくワークアウトを終えることだけを願って走りました。最初から最後まで非常に慎重に走りました。その結果、痛みなく17kmを走り切ることができました。
Although it was only 17 km, I'm very glad to finish it without trouble.
たった17kmですが、問題なく走り切れてとてもうれしいです。
