March Run #1: P6 Loop

in exhaust •  5 years ago  (edited)

First of all, I am really glad that @exhaust website and service is back!

@mstafford, this was the right move, thank you for it.

Secondly, I am six running reports behind the clock. Understandingly so, with this #steemhostiletakeover mess and a really busy week, it couldn't be otherwise. So, I have some catching up to do. Starting with March the 1st report.

Sunday late night run in the pouring rain. I did the usual loop around the block with the uphill section added at the end. I was quite exhausted from the weekend and wanted to keep the run short and slow. A complete success it was.

This was the run number 244 in my running streak. Two thirds of the year done. Moving on!

Below is the list of the runs that were synced with Strava automatically. Two runs are missing. I presume that the communication was off then. No problem, I'll export the tracks from Strava and import them into @exhaust. Just like in the old days.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

Hey @ervin-lemark! psyched that you're still optimistic and active.

I'll try to put together some updates so Exhaust syncs with all user activities, rather than just the latest.

Thanks a lot and thank you again.

Now I've realized that I've made a small mess. Data above is from March 1st while images and words are for March 2nd. Well, I'll edit it somehow.

Can reports be edited of Exhaust site after they are published?

You have uploaded 318 running activities, and 53 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 53 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 364.82 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:54 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.198min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
