Ouch! If it hurts, stop!

I just finished a 3.019km running that lasted about 0hh:20mm:3ss !

3k was plenty. I've got a sore calf which started playing up when I ran 6k in Weymouth all on concrete. And when I got half-way round my usual course today I just had to cut it short I also need to bump up my warm-up activities and do more stretching after and between runs. I've got a bit lax about looking after my poor old legs and it's showing. I remembered also that I was supposed to be rollering my IT-band as well as my feet and calves. I tried it today after this run and it bloody hurt, so that's probably good then.

This is my first go using the new xhaust.me interface. Looks good so far!

Take it steady mate. I've not looked too deeply into massaging muscles, but I'm trying to stretch a bit before I run. Last thing you want is injury that stops you running.

I messed up my exhaust post yesterday as I uploaded things wrongly. Been talking to the developer about it and he's going to add an edit function.

It's still painful to walk at the moment. I had a similar thing when I first started but I got some treatment and advice and it went away. I'm giving it the good old RICE method and see how it goes.
