I just finished a 8.356km cycle that lasted about 0hh:22mm:34ss !
Trying to find time for a quick ride after some time at the climbing gym. Climbing felt really good -- I can tell that my hands and forearms are starting to get back into it. Still not where I was this time last year right before taking a bit of a hiatus -- but that will come with consistency. Gotta love the fresh sprinkling of motivation that comes when springtime rolls around.
The ride this evening was pretty good. Think I need to squeek the seat back up a little bit -- I could probably get a bit more extension and power out of my legs. That's what my coaches Helo and Roadie suggested, at least.
