I just finished a 6.872km run that lasted about 0hh:43mm:32ss !
Just burning off a little bit of energy today. Was a pretty nice day for a run. Not raining, nice and bright and cool -- and a bit windy and awe inspiring down at the water.
No real structure to todays run. Just aome loose intervals of "go a bit harder than usual and focus on lifting your knees" and "okay now catch your breath -- repeat when ready.
