Friday run w/ @lbern today. Nice that it cooled down a little bit compared to the last couple days. It's a bit crazy that it's only the 2nd day of spring, and I'm already talking about how it's nice that it cooled down. I fall apart in the heat pretty quickly though, and there's a difference between lounging in the heat -- and trying hard in the heat.

Felt good about the run today. Managed to maintain a pretty decent pace while holding a conversation and taking a couple short walk breaks. Five weeks to go until the TC 10k here in Victoria!

It's cooling down for spring? Where are u located? We are just warming up and I'm so excited about it. I do agree, though, when it gets in the 90's here it's a bit draining and then I look forward to cooler temps again.

Ah it was only cooling down compared to a couple days ago. The weather in general is definitely starting to warm up for springtime though, which I'm super psyched about!
