I just finished a 5.677km run that lasted about 0hh:25mm:35ss !
You probably don't know it but I graduated at the beginning of September. After almost two months, I started working this week. So I discovered the joy of running after work. Now I know that it requires way more motivation. Moreover, I'm not used at all to run in the dark. In a few weeks, I think I will try to run at work during lunch.
Today I wanted to move after 3 days sitting at a desk. I decided to do a crescendo run. It means that I was faster at every kilometer (except the last one for a short cool down).
You can see the speed for the each kilometer on the picture. I'm glad that I managed to be even faster after a kilometer at 3'59"!
Now I feel extremely well!

Ah that's super exciting! I remember how happy I was when I graduated, and then how depressed I was to realize how much work it is to work all day. Definitely hard to keep up a regular practice of running / yoga / exercising when you've got a fulltime job.
