Evening Run

I just finished a 4.945km running that lasted about 0hh:26mm:15ss !

A slightly more comfortable 5k than Mondays. Pace had come back a little so fingers crossed my body is on the mend. Right ankle is still tender & a few twinges in my thighs but hopefully all will be OK in a few more days.
Ran with my dog Ray. Lovely evening, cool, crisp & no wind = ideal running conditions!
Went to a strength & conditioning class afterwards. Got to keep everywhere strong 💪

Also, hurrah! Exhaust is working!

You have uploaded 20 running activities, and 6 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 6 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 30.24 kms at an average pace of roughly 4:58 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.308min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

hmmm... that's weird... wonder why it commented twice...

I don’t mind. Some code glitch?
Are you back back or just temporarily?

Back-back. We'll see how this whole TRON thing shakes out over the next few days / weeks, but the EXHAUST project will continue to live on in some form, somewhere.
