Evening Run

I just finished a 4.918km running that lasted about 0hh:26mm:32ss !

Just a short one after being desk bound for much of the day.
Evidently still recovering from last weekends cross country event as I still have no speed or power in my legs. Hopefully that’ll be back for next weeks 20miler 😬 eeek
