...and enjoy a good recovery !BEER .

Nice job on the run. I know how much of a pain the wind can be when it really kicks up. We get some pretty nasty wind chill numbers over here. I did my regular two mile walk this morning. The wife and I recently purchased some resistance tubes so we are going to start working that into our routine twice a week I think.

That happens to me when I go out for a walk. It looks nice and calm but then, when I get just far enough away from my office to have to keep going, the wind starts blowing and no matter which way I turn it blows in my face.

It wasn't too bad for me until I went around a corner and got the full blast, but I take it as extra exercise.

Good effort getting that distance in at a lunchtime: we still had a fair bit of rain in the north, and tomorrow there will be more again!

We had the rain yesterday. It's been a pretty wet winter so far. Is spring coming?

Let’s hope so. More light and warmer weather will be uplifting.

Goooodddd Work my friend!

Cheers. I have this lingering cold, but I won't let it beat me.

You have uploaded 103 running activities, and 27 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 27 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 179.98 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:57 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.905min/km!
Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work!
Have a !BEER for your troubles!

Wow, great effort, that is a LOT of intervals!

The wind can be a pain with those TBH.

Wasn't it you who recommended the 30-20-10 to me? It just keep going round. Makes for an interesting run.

Yup, I do 3 sets of 5*30-20-10, 2 mins walking in between each set.

It's quite a good workout!
