Deceptive entities, demons and astral parasites are more likely to thrive in a low vibrational polluted psychic atmosphere. Therefore as an aid to exorcism and for general psychic/spiritual health we should raise and purify the psychic atmosphere of the living space.
All things radiate a kind of spiritual vibration ranging from low/polluted to high/pure. Use your own intuition, spiritual sensitivity and common sense to remove the impure objects.
First though purify and uplift yourself so as to better discern the purity level of objects and also to be a source of positive radiance as a living breathing human being.
A grudge is sludge. Forgive deeply letting go of all grudges to feel lighter and brighter. Forgive yourself also. Love and accept the different aspects of yourself. Develop a feeling of well wishing and kind hearted benevolence for all beings.
Take in positive and wholesome vibrations in your diet by which I mean natural vegetarian or vegan foods. Wear natural fiber clothing as artificial materials are said to block the natural flow of life force.
Contemplate and see the value in purity, holiness, goodness and divine virtue. Deeply cleanse and sanctify yourself with modest dignity.
Now that you are radiating a purer spiritual vibration and have a healthier frame of mind your very presence will help to purify the spiritual atmosphere thus making any exorcism easier. With greater sensitivity you can better discern which items should be moved if appropriate. If possible remove horror/criminal movies, books, clothing, posters and etc. Remove other items also that might be giving off a bad vibe or are otherwise problematic or even dangerous for example sharp items such as a replica sword for example.
Now bless the area, the building and room plus yourself and the other people near by. Visualize a radiant light of highest good deeply cleansing and purifying the spiritual atmosphere of the area. As you do this have the intent of not only cleansing but also healing, protecting and empowering all that is wholesome. Pray to the Divine also to help you.
