In the past decade or two there have been so many advancements made to create suits that can enhance our strength and allow people to use much less energy to achieve much more difficult tasks. The suits take all the weight off our muscles and move it to the metal frames and hyrdalics which make a single person able to lift things that normally they could not get off the ground!!! Imagine how amazing these will be in 20 more years when every one has access to them and we can all run and move faster and better. It is Incredible.
