And oddly enough, somehow out of nowhere, I felt and knew that he was my wife. (In the world I was not married at that time. And not yet. So I hugged him from behind slowly and I saw with a little shock he was pregnant about 4 or 5 months (I guess the problem is that the stomach isn't big enough), then I say "Honey don't need to iron, just take a break." Coinciding with that cellphone in his pocket rang and he moved to answer the phone.
Again my attention was fixed on the mirror in front of me. I look rather hard (I don't know why I feel a little hard seeing myself in the mirror)
the shadow that appeared in the mirror was a reflection of myself wearing a black jacket but it looked rather vague.
After that in an instant I was back in the body. Gradually I could feel my body again and my consciousness was reunited. Finally I decided to wake up.
I pondered the events that I had just experienced. It turned out that one technique that I wanted to use to relax instead had the effect of removing my "spirit of consciousness" from my physical body. Is this a coincidence?
To fulfill my curiosity, about the next 2 weeks I tried it again. And the results are similar. I like arriving in "another world" means that it stays on earth and is in the same room only in different dimensions. Maybe I experienced an event that became the core of the serial film "Slider". About the parallel universe.
But whatever it is I am grateful to experience it. So that I can look at the world and life in a new way.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Wow, I'm already curious, I want to get out of the body. Watch out, don't use it to take a peek at people ... After all, it can't be used for things like that. Well here's how ...
First take the supine position and close your eyes like people want to sleep. (actually prostrate or cross-legged positions can be too but will be much more difficult). Relax your mind and body. And do not demand too much just nothing to lose, surrender. After a while while the eyes remain closed the eyeball movement up hold for a moment, lower it again, raise it up again hold it for a moment, raise it again ...
This activity will make the mind more relaxed until automatically the eyeball will remain above the eye.
After that we see what happens ...............
