If your light is covered with a bucket then how can it give light that will be seen, for combustion
It can never take place if oxygen is not present, so litting a fire is what I do on each time I need to fry garri etc, thanks to @karianaporras for bringing to my knowledge types of fire setting which could be used in outdoor activities like games

Perform the literal Classification of the Firewood according to the instructions in this tutorial

The intensity of the fire you intend to make is subject to the kind of firewood used, and here are the classification.

Tinder (fine, dry material);

In this type firewood we make use of very light materials, this materials can easily be illuminated with just a spark and this kind of materials burns easily, very fast and if packed it bulk, it can be consumed in no time.

1st Class Fine kindling (chips and twigs)

They could be those very tiny branches from tree branches, their sizes are very small and can be compared to the size of a pencil or even smaller. On packing this very tiny ones with tinder you can start a fire very easily.

2nd Medium firewood (Larger pieces)

These are the kind of firewood many homes in the villages use, their sizes is far more bigger than then 1st class firewood, bigger logs of woods could be axed to this size to give you a 2nd class fire setting.

3rd Class Thick firewood (Large logs).

Logs of woods are bigger and their centimetre could be measured, so woods like this that have thickness are know as log and they have capacity to hold fire for long.

Build a fire or bonfire

For sure a picture is not an enough for description this, in order for the lit to be successful then you have to combine the tinder and the 1st class firewood to produce a starting burning flame.

  • First I did was go fetch my wood in a nearby place, put some ashes from previous fire I made on the ground because it rained some time ago and the floor was a bit wet.

  • After this I placed tinder in one place I won't find spark the lighter to post

Build two fires, these do not need to be lit, explain the step by step in detail and what practical use can we give them?

If you look closely you will see that the woods I gathered was in-between the space in the three stones I arranged in form of a tripod stand, a few months ago when I was home in the cold harmattan season, children gathered around fireworks like this to warm them self, another practical use of this fire setting is for cooking with the stones emcompasing this woods about we can place a pot above and cook, we can also use it for roasting fishes but in this case you won't let the fire ignite.

What did you think of the experience? What other types of fire do you know? What uses would you give to the types of fire in your daily life?

There is another fire I know let me give a brief description, I don't know how it is made but I admire it, in magical movies like merlin, where they will hold a fire on a stand and it will look like a candle, I am sure this doesn't uses gas but some materials could be inside to make this fire lighting persist.

I would love invite @vickmoon @johnmitchel and @dwings to join in this contest
