There's a funny story about an American businessman who goes to Mexico on vacation. While he's there, he happens to be at the docks just as the fishermen are bringing in their daily catch.
He's standing there drinking a beer 🍻 while a fisherman, about his age, starts unloading his haul 🐟. The businessman is impressed. He says, "You're very good at your job. I imagine you must make a lot of money doing this."
The fisherman responds, "Not really. I work for a few hours and then take the rest of the day off to relax, spend time at the beach 🏖️ and play with my kids."
The businessman goes, "Really? If you came with me to America, we could start a fishing company and you'd make more money 💰 than you've ever made in your life."
The fisherman thinks about it for a second, then asks, "Okay, then what?"
"Well," the businessman responds, "you'd spend the next 15-20 years building the company from the ground up. With your experience 💎 and my business connections, we'd become the world leaders in the fishing industry!"
The fisherman listens, then asks, "Okay, then what?"
"After we took the company public, we'd appoint a board of directors and CEO to run the company," the businessman continued. "The name of our company 🐋 would be famous to fishermen around the world!"
"Okay, then what?" The fisherman asks.
The businessman started to get flustered 😐 This stupid fisherman just didn't seem to get it.
"Well," he said with a huff, "then you could retire and spend as much time relaxing at the beach and playing with your kids as you wanted!"
