I know something has changed because my body feels like it's lacking something :)

I don't know wether it's sugars or carbs or maybe my body just doesn't like the vegetables overload.

I sort of reminds me of the time I stopped smoking.

You constantly think about the things you can't have (like hamburgers).

It's weird.

I know it won't last, it's a temporary feeling.

I have been here before.

Progress wise things are already looking up.

I took some new pictures today and I already see a difference.

My moobs are smaller and skin is much tighter.

Pretty pleased with that.

Today I also hit the gym.

Everything is harder than normally though.

It's probably the lack of fuel.

But I soldiered on and did all the exercises with the same weight/time as usual.

It's also a battle of willpower.

But this time I'm more determent that the last times.

I can feel it.

I also have my target that helps.

50 days till Brazil!

50 days to get in shape.

Now I'm off to watch the World Cup.

Can't believe it's almost over.

I will miss it!

Goodluck to Croatia and England.

Greetings, Exyle

Nice of you to touch that academy thing. When I was 13 years old, I went to a gym with a friend of mine. I was working out for about 20 years and I rarely stopped going to the gym. However, after a very bad event in my life, I had a bit of depression and my energy was "lost." I have had the symptoms and still have them until today, however, in a small way. I know that physical activity is something that precisely fights the depressive symptoms by releasing the hormone of happiness.

But now, in the month of August, I want to go back to doing both aerobic activity and bodybuilding to help my mood improve.

Thank you and good gym!!!!

Of course excercising our body is just the best way out of depression at any point in time, it helps a lot.

I have had the symptoms and still have them until today, however, in a small way.

You will see them No more with a lot from visiting the gym, is just a nice place to be to have that little space for oneself.

I hope it will help you, man!

Can't believe England let Croatia take it to school.
I feel Croatia all the way.
France has to step up.
Glad you are staying in shape.
Keep on postin'

It will be a interesting final!

Hello dear friend @exyle, a few days ago I was absent, I did not read your publication, because I had bad health, but I feel better, in fact, I started the gymnastics week and it was a very strong rehabilitation process, but you should also know that the First days is very important to make sure what is happening with you, with the sudden change you have had when eating healthy foods and exercising, but you will see the results in a short time and that will help your health, as it looks much better, I hope he continues and does not faint, we are in touch, dear dear friend.

A fine day, my friend and you showed your patience and will, keep it up! You are right, our body always sends signals when something is missing, but for the sake of our goal we overcome this feeling and achieve victory. Well done, keep training! Thank you Mark.

Hmm probably the lower sugar intake its said at first you feel down and with time you will feel more energised, wow I never took you as a smoker @exyle anyway moobs are smaller cant ask for more can you, yikes bye England.

I know it won't last, it's a temporary feeling.

I agree! I know this feeling when you just loose the energy, you just feel like you are dead. Good thing that you have a great motivation “Brazil”. That’s what probably keeps pushing you. At the end it’s all about her w you feel about yourself. Watching football now as well and right now Croatia is loosing. Two of my teams I liked are gone, Brazil and Belgium. Now the last one Croatia is on the bring of being eliminated as well .

@exyle I know how hard dieting and exercise can be! I did a lot of substitutions with my diet. For instance, when I wanted something crunchy, like chips, I would snack on raw red bell peppers and just a bit of cream cheese (not to overdo it) to get the craving away! And yay! The countdown has begun! 50 days! You can do this!

I am very proud of you my son! I know how much you love food, and I don't mean salad and carrots etc. (although you like them too). But you are strong and you have the help and the love of Bianca, so I know this time you will succeed! Good luck to you both!

Thank you, mom!

Good going my man!

Workouts have as much to do with will power, as they do with food. I mean to consistently go to the gym requires a lot perseverance. Sometimes my body doesn't want it and sometimes my mind doesn't. It is a battle of will in more ways than one.

Keep up the hard work! It will all be worth it! 50 days will pass in the blink of an eye!

Who do you having winning Croatia or England?

Thank you!

Great Job on Getting back to Working on STEEMFat Mark @exyle keep it UP and you will be in the Best Shape Ever....

Thanks!

"I sort of reminds me of the time I stopped smoking."

How'd you do it, brother?

I'm nearing 2 packs a day and I can't seem for the love of me to quit or even reduce them. :(

I stopped cold turkey and accepted the misery. It passed after 6 months to a year. It's been almost 7 years now since I stopped. I never miss it anymore.

Well done for getting to the gym @exyle. As you say it will take time to adjust.

It must be motivating though if you can already see a difference. You can achieve a lot in 50 days! 😊

That must have been a tough workout on low energy. Am sure that your withdrawal symptoms will be gone soon and in 50 days you will see a big difference, Keep at it diligently . BTW am watching the football and I can't believe England and Croatia have taken us to extra time, this is going to be a long game :)

$100 STEEM is all the fuel I need. 😀

Feel inspired now?

HAHA! I'll be ripped!

Nice to meet you @exyle...which just happened once removed through Asher's post, and which included a very familiar looking photo as yours from fours days ago haha

Congratulations for taking the time, energy and discipline for healthy living. I fell off the gym wagon not that long ago, and your post is giving me the push to jump back on, whether I feel like it or not :)

It is always a nice motivation when you can already see some differences in the bod though, isn't it? :)

It does help to see a difference. But it's not easy if you like food and a drink as much as I do :)

hahaha preaching to the choir @exyle, preaching to the choir 😎

Good luck my man. the more stress you put on your diet the more energy you'll have to exercise with. the more you exercise well the better your body gets in making energy.

That's the spirit friend, it's great to see that you still did it in gym even with no fuel that's what called true dedication and commitment.

Excellent try exyle.joining gym is a good decision.happy to know you are a consistent person.you know yhe power of success.if you can leave smoking then loosing weight will not be difficult for you..consistency is needed here.

Best line in any gym
..
No Pain No Gain 😍

Fam England out oops so funny to see them as this, 😂 but thank God as for you you still have a lot of things that keeps you going. "Brazil" in the air.

I supose your body needs to adapt to those changes

Hi exyle. it's weird how you just don't seem to have any energy. I try and push through and it tends to get better.

Hi @exyle, All effort is well rewarded. Continue taking care of your health and that's why you encourage us a bit because leaving sugar and carbohydrates is a nightmare for my jeje.

undoubtedly the most important thing is that stop smoking that vice does not take you well and keep your exercise style is a very handsome man. great strength of will

Hi friend @exyle, remember that any change goes through a transformation that suffers for a certain time and then gets used to it. Hope all is well

You can feel how slowly you change your eating habits which will take you to the goal you want to lose weight and therefore get to be in shape for other events you have planned!

France will be the champion, it's been the best World Cup in years.

Time to be consistent and it all will be good looks like the veggies got you hahah

Keep it up! You won't even recognize yourself in 50 days. It is awesome to have a goal to work towards, that sort of makes things easier. The work is still hard though.

I also have such feeling once a year when I am on a diet and exercising tirelessly. I want to eat all the favourites of me whole heartedly but that isn't just possible. But as u said its a temporary feeling and cannot beat once commitment towards dieting.
