Eye Color Revealed! // Let's Play a Game!

in eyecolor •  7 years ago  (edited)

Alright! I finally have pictures of my eyes!

Who won? Well, that's been kinda hard to decide. But I'm gonna go with @originalmidnight because he guessed hazel and that's what's on my drivers license.

Right eye!

Left eye!

Isn't central heterochromia awesome?

And though you may think it's because of the light or the blur on the right eye photo, my left eye actually is darker than my right eye. So technically I have central heterochromia and complete heterochromia.

Here are some older images of my eyes!

Nice eyeballs!

Thanks. ^^;;

Woohoo! Thanks :)

No problem!

I'm gonna do more than just resteem you. I'll probably get it posted up tonight or tomorrow. I have stuff to catch up on.

!!

In the older images your eyes look closer to brown - the new ones more blue than anything else.
So strange they changed like that.

The sunbursts around my pupils change in size. But the fact that the flash causes my pupils to contract and some of the other photos my pupils were more relaxed makes a huge difference. When my pupils contract, the brown seems to shrink with them.

This is why I needed to post photos, because there's no truly correct answer. But without a truly correct answer, it makes for a fun (at least for me) guessing game.

It's almost July, my eyes are usually more blue in the summer time. Darker green with more gold flecks and the larger brown sunbursts during the winter, usually.

It's known that eye color can change depending on how much sunlight you get throughout the year. Since I get almost no sunlight (I'm extremely photophobic, sunlight sets off my pain receptors like crazy), that's not really a contributing factor to my eyes anymore, but back when I was a teenager (the older photos I posted are between ten and seven years old), my eyes would be a lot more blue in the summer time, and the orange would lighten to an almost orange color.

As far as I know my eyes are always some shade of solid blue!

I promise you, they aren't always the exact same shade. Our eyes change throughout our lives, even if it's just going back and forth between a few slightly different hues.

By the way, I'm on Discord. I was sleeping. But now I'm awake and ready to distract! <3

Your eyes remind me of plasma balls with the way the colors swirl. lol. You have really great eyes. Very unique.

Why thank you. <3

My eyes are one of the very few things I like about my body. So I am a bit vain about them. Not gonna even try to pretend I'm not.
