Understanding algorithm

In mathematics and computer science, understanding algorithms is a procedure of some step by step for calculation. Algorithms are used for calculation, automatic reasoning, and data processing. The notion of an algorithm is an effective method expressed as a finite sequence of some well-explained instructions to compute a function.
