I was watching an interview of the f2pool people at EDCON conference, and decided I would look at the website with a view to investing a small amount. I looked it up on google and the only site I could find in English was f2pool.pro that showed mining happening, I registered and paid 0.004 BTC as it asked for it so I could share in mining profits. Of course I was ripped off, scammed and lost my small amount of money around $20.
I feel stupid but I wrote to f2pool.com and explained I had been ripped off in their name, and they wrote back and said it is not their site or problem. Of course I don't really mind, it just sucks to be ripped off and scammed anytime.
I am writing this to publicly shame f2pool as they would not reimburse my money, and this reflects badly on them.
My way is to publicly shame companies that do the wrong thing, these people are straight up scammers. Make sure you have nothing to do with f2pool as you will be scammed.
I am disappointed that I was stupid and they ripped me off asking for a small amount to activate trading. Anyway make sure you never send money to f2pool.
