Looks like it is what other companies have done in an effort to get the glaring light Off of their practices like when Google was under the umbrella of Alphabet.

Will it work or will people Still remember all of the shady dealings like that Facebook Survey on response to someone asking a 14 year old for nude photos? Now why was that even floated around?

Or how about all of those emails between FB staff and people like John Podesta? You know, the ones where Sheryl Sandberg was communicating with John Podesta? Hillary's Chair for her campaign? Good times between those trying to steer an election?

Oh, my bad, I didn't mean to leave out your email exchange with John Podesta, the collector of some disturbing art. You've likely had a look see at John and his brother, Tony's art collection?

Remember when one of those high society mags did a write up on his collection with a statue that mimicked Jeffrey Dahmer's style and the disturbing art work featuring children depicting in disturbing poses and garb? Whoa. Don't worry I'll drop in a refresher.
