Cheryl Sandberg claims that Facebook understands why people are upset. She acknowledged the last few years were tough for the media giant.
Facebook has an enormous responsibility to protect users data and root out abuse. This is what Sandberg claimed.
Things do not appear to be any better on the inside of the company. Many reports came out from ex employees that discussed the idea that any dissent within the company was strongly discouraged. They company puts for the image being ideologically driven and not impartial in the slightest. Anyone who dissents faces backlash.
