dare to face what is real

If you compare your mind (your brain) and your feelings and emotions (your heart), you'll be surprised at the habitual pattern that you'll find. Simply put, your mind boasts of extensive academic learning and assumes the proud throne of being responsible for the grand scheme which is called you, or your life (thus far). In contrasts, your heart which is the seat of your emotions and feelings rarely claims to be in control of this life (of yours), the heart and all its feelings positions itself unassumingly at the background. No throne, no regality or superiority. The brain claims to know stuff, so it bears the skills of argument, including self preservation and the house of the defensive self. Meanwhile the heart only feels. There's humility in your heart, and no arguing thinking there.
Which one do you hold more dearly?
Well, guess what, brain superiority is relatively new, in the area called science (400 yrs old), including logic and rationalizations. The superiority of feelings lies in the unique personality of the heart, it is both ancient and very new at the same time. Feeling is the ancient knowledge of ancient traditions and very old wisdom. However, the science of the heart's coherence (the exaltation of feelings as a non verbal, wordless wisdom and power) correlates with the advent of Quantum Physics 1925, which subsumed the now-old and quickly expiring Science of Newton (Newtonian) or the precepts of Darwinian evolution (such as the 'survival of the strongest, the law of competition in relation to the scarcity of things that the people need to acquire.). So the heart wins big against the brain. Interestingly, we tend to value mental and intellectual prowess much more than the appreciation of the heart emotions. Why is that?
We let our minds boasts and win, while we left the heart unseen..
So the brave new world today is where we will see big changes taking place, because such miscarriage of perception should not grow like weeds. It is time to dance to the music. What we habitually do can still be the wrong thing to do, and what we habitually ignore or dismiss can still be the right thing to do..
The first step is to be prepared to be dismissed and proven wrong, no matter how much we have always defended our own selves, even when we know we have been wrong..
