The name of toad comes from its similarities with this animal. The semicircular shape of its body, its large and thick mouth, its position when jumping and attacking its prey etc. It is usually yellow, and ramifications appear from its body that look like hair. The size of these species is very variable, depending on the age of the same.

This frogfish is native to the warmer waters of Indonesia, usually found in corals and sponges, as it usually mimics the landscape.

He is lonely, he likes to bury himself in the sand, he is fast and very clever when it comes to ambushing his victims, and he also has a dangerous poison that should be considered when it comes to diving near him.
