Conclusion:

• So far it's a SUCCESS even with decreasing payout values

To get visibility on a trending post, @digital-gypsy was using delegated power to give it a little extra push on the comments section. The idea is working pretty well. Not only we have been able to gain visibility we also charge @fairvote 's power this way. In a few days delegated power will be reclaimed by the owner.
