Psalm 107:29 ESV
"He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed."
God does what only God can do. He calms the stormy seas in our lives at His command. We are a generation of people who are so self-sufficient and often times, we forget that God walks with us and he is literally a prayer away.
Trapp observed that if we “will not be pacified when the Lord saith unto us, ‘Be still’; every drop of water in the sea will be a witness of our monstrous rebellion and disobedience.”
