Isaiah and the faithfulness to god: Keep the Sabbath day holy. Don't pursue your own interests on that day. Isaiah 58:13

The prophet Isaiah in one part of his book emphasized the importance of fulfilling a commandment given by Moses to the Israelites when he came down from Mount Horeb, and that commandment refers to the sanctity of the Sabbath day, because according to the Book of Genesis that was the day that God rested after having created the heavens and the earth, that is why Moses taught in the Book of Exodus: "Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a sabbath to the LORD your God" Exodus 20:8-10.
Isaiah as a prophet sought to teach that wisdom that is born from the spiritual gift of fear of God (constancy, firmness, devotion, equanimity) and the fulfillment of the law because when men leave the faithfulness to God and the law seeking only material gains for the love of money, man's life becomes uncertain and destructive unforeseen events lurk at every step. That wisdom that comes from the law becomes at that point the most valuable asset one can have, that treasure that is at hand but that is hidden and must be discovered with the heart.
Isaiah referred to the need to follow God with the heart, leaving all selfishness aside, because only in this way can God's blessings be received, that is why he spoke of the need to fulfill the Lord's day of rest in this way:
"Keep the Sabbath day holy.
Don't pursue your own interests on that day,
but enjoy the Sabbath
and speak of it with delight as the LORD's holy day.
Honor the Sabbath in everything you do on that day,
and don't follow your own desires or talk idly.
Then the LORD will be your delight.
I will give you great honor
and satisfy you with the inheritance I promised to your ancestors Jacob.
I, the LORD, have spoken!" Isaiah 58:13-14.
Isaiah summarized that God, through his wisdom, does not bless masks and appearances and that those who seek gain through religion are hopelessly lost.
